MENGAPA BERGABUNG DENGAN KAMI?
We value Transparency
We’ve always shared all of our learnings and failures. Over me this developed into a more defined goal and principle as part of the values of the company. We found many things within the company that we weren’t being completely open about, and we put them out there for the world to see. We’ve generally found that we are sharing a lot of things which are it’s a taboo or at least unusual to be shared publicly
We value Trust & Respect
We trust people whose character we trust. While we know no one is perfect, Trust is the founda on of a healthy team. Without trust, there really can’t be a team. In rela onship to the team, we respect people whose contribu ons and competence. We are glad they are in their roles. We know and believe the team is be er for it. A team that respects one another’s contribu ons is a team that moves more quickly and operates with greater synergy.
We value Life outside work
Having a life outside of work is about finding work-life balance, you know how to turn off or tune out work and focus on yourself, your friends, or your family. It simply means that you value your me and energy, you truly understand how important it is that your 9-to-5 isn’t your en re life. Now that we got that out of the way, let’s go over why pursuing ac vites that have nothing to do with your career truly makes your happier.
