DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

JobDesc:

1. Membantu Account Officer dengan melakukan komunikasi yang efektif dan profesional dengan pelanggan.
2. Melakukan monitoring perkembangan bisnis baru  dan secara aktif melakukan “follow up” untuk  memastikan bisnis baru tertangani dengan baik, serta mencatat :
      1. Seluruh Penawaran Bisnis yang diterima
      2. Seluruh Penawaran Bisnis yang berhasil dibukukan
      3. Seluruh Penawaran Bisnis yang tidak berhasil dibukukan, dengan disertai alasannya

3. Mempersiapkan daftar Bisnis Perpanjangan (paling tidak 2 bulan sebelum jatuh tempo), dan memastikan Renewal Notice (atau Non Renewal Notice) terkirim ke nasabah 1 bulan sebelum jatuh tempo.
4.  Mengelola arsip yang berkaitan dengan unit kerja penjualan
 5. Melakukan fungsi kerjasama Team Sales di dalam Struktur Organisasi PoS  agar mampu memberikan support kepada fungsi-fungsi lain dalam Struktur Organisasi baik di PoS ataupun di Kantor Pusat

JobSpec:
1. Memiliki gelar sarjana dengan minimal IPK 2,75
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang administrasi asuransi
3. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill.
4. Memiliki kemampuan komputerisasi (Ms Word, Ms Excel, dan Power Point pada level advance).
5. Penempatan: Semarang

Also in settlement of Interm Payment claim about Terrorism & Sabotage at JW Marriot Hotel, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk. were doing excellent and within short time the hotel returned to its normal activity. Immediately before the end of 2006, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk. has done its first Limited General Bidding for gaining capital addition used to increase its capacity to the risk restraint. And then managed to step into Sharia Insurance Business in 2007. Interm Payment claim continously strengthen itself by get focus on the service as well as on the company’s infrastrucuture improvement.

BANCASSURANCE SPECIALIST (BS)

Responsibilities:
Promote Generali’s product with bank partners.
To build relationship in order to facilitate the business partnership.
Evaluate customer’s needs and provide suitable insurance products.
To achieve the sales target that have been given.
Requirements:
Age between 22-35 years old; good looking and acceptable grooming
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
Have an experience in sales area from banking or insurance industry or active in organization (for fresh graduate)
Good in English (min Passive)
Have good communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
