Job Descriptions
To manage and ensure all training and documentation management comply with the GMP and Bayer Standard
To Manage and Ensure all the SOP periodic review is performed as per timeline
Manage and evaluated with the system to ensure all the SOP on the department of the other is updated
To analyze for synergy and partnership for creating a system for the ALCOA implementation
Manage and Maintain the completeness of the training completion rate is within 80%
Managing for Collecting all data for monthly Quality management review
Manage and having the partnership for the availability and can support for reading any issue on the Training and Documentation system
Evaluate and  coordinate with the other department to  all implementation of Bayer Standard on each respective areas.
Developing the college on the training and documentation training
Pharmacist from reputable university
Having an experience at least 2 years managing for training and documentation system
Having good leadership and communication skill
Having good initiatives
Fluently in English for oral, writing, and reading
Having an experience for managing personnel
Having an experience with the training and documentation application
