Job Purpose: 
Manage Cold Drink Equipment Services in a specific area includes CDE movement and service maintenance to ensure its quality meets Coca-Cola standard.

Job Description:
Monitor and ensure movement of CDE in-field is performed correctly as per Work Order and/or Marketing plan, and work closely with the Sales Office team to ensure all movement (placement and removal) is performed as per expectation and business procedure.
Monitor and verify daily works result from ESP on work orders movement, services, and refurbishment as per SLA.
Provide recommendation for CDES Area Team Leader regarding appointment and termination of ESP.
Review the skill and competencies of technician regularly to ensure the ESP technician has adequate skill to perform services as per Coca-Cola quality standard requirement. 
Daily plan and perform CDE service maintenance and asset physical check to outlet as per scheduled to ensure its realization achieve the agreed service level to the customer.
Educate customer on basic preventive maintenance, and identify issues related with CDES maintenance & refurbishment in order to ensure quality of CDE in-field meets expectation.
Check, identify and propose CDE to be refurbished and disposed to CDES Area Team Leader.
Check post mix and CDE in the respective area compliance with TCCC standard in order to maintain quality excellence and standardization.
Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
Minimum Diploma 3 Major Engineering 
2 – 3 years working experiences in field operation especially in asset management and equipment services, preferably from FMCG industry or Multinational Company
Have a good knowledge about Cold Drink Equipment System includes;
Distribution and Logistics 
CDE Spareparts
Have a good knowledge in CCA and TCC Quality system knowledge 
Has technical backgroung and Would prefer has certification in Refrigeration or Electrical
