Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Have knowledge in printing rotogravure industries and printing process
Broad knowledge of inks, dyes and color matching 
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate at all levels in an organisation
Experience in the use of statistical tools/methodologies, computers and quality methods and financial principles
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project / Microsoft office
Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Job Responsibity :
Receives and analyzes customer’s requests for products. Determines if order can be placed utilizing the information provided. Conducts appropriate research or contacts customer for clarification if additional information is necessary. May make recommendations to customers for additional products to meet the customer’s needs.
Receive through various communication medias customer’s required product orders. May receive via telecommunication, written instructions, or EDI system.
Appropriately document incoming orders into current order entry system to facilitate timely generation of production dockets, bags, LPN labels and all related in-house paperwork.
Properly prepares and distributes or forwards required or requested data/information, reports and other documents to appropriate persons within established time frames.
Utilizes appropriate software and systems to process and enter information to close or complete orders. Enters data required to generate biling.
Enter data according to prescribed format and procedures.
Correctly records data in a timely manner to generate all production dockets, quality bags and related skipping documents such as LPN’s, release, inventory maintenance and order tracking logs.
Attend daily meetings with various departments to schedule customer orders.
Meet with Quality, Lab and Shipping Departments on a daily basis to track finished goods inventory to keep customer appraised of shipping and delivery schedule.
Communicate with Customer regarding status of various orders, need for additional shipments as well as anticipating any potential additional needs.
Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services and products to clients
Effectively coordinates and communicates with Customer regards any potential emergencies forseen and resolutions proposed to alleviate any problems.
Promotes active customer involvement by processing samples and letters to customer keeping them apprised of product sampling.
Effectively monitors and schedules shipping of customer product to aniticipate customer needs.
Monitor on-going status of all in-house orders and notify customer of impending printing and shipping schedules.
Exercise independent judgment when dealing with customer issues to quickly resolve any and all conflicts, questions or concerns.
Display a high level of effort and commitment to Inter-Departmental communication.
Demostrates high level of professionalism dealing with company departments to issue Customer needs are met with WorldClass Response.
Promotes timely release of all documentation required for use by all departments to ensure Customer satisfaction with ordering, shipping, delivery and billing.
Works within the system in a resourceful manner to accomplish reasonable work goals; show flexibility in response to process change and adapts to and accommodates new methods and procedures
Performs routine general clerical duties as required.
Accurately and promptly performs routine clerical duties such as order entry, updating of systems and maintaining all department and customer files in an orderly and timely manner.
Prioritizes workload effectively to meet established goals and objectives for department.
Maintains established internal control structures for assigned functions.
Makes recommendations for appropriate procedural changes as needed to improve effectiveness, efficiency and compliance.
Provide assistance to other team members as well as other departments when necessary.
