Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Track record of supervising kitchen, Ability to concentrate on food quality, Proficient in resolving conflicts, Exellent communication and organization skill, able to work in a fast-paced environment, Dedicated to food quality and control, Strong knowledge of proper food handling
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of service.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor
Well known about Asia Food (Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, China)
Example food: Saigon Bahn Xeo, Som Tum Gai Yang, Yangzhou fried rice, kashmiri Lamb Korma, Babi kecap, pepes udang
