Assist and compile all personnel documents.
Maintain and review personnel management roster from every department.
Assess employee morale by analyzing absenteeism, turnover records, lateness and resignations.
Provide all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
Assist in overseeing preparation of reports required by government agencies.
Update Bulletin Boards posters to ensure latest and accurate information as posted accordingly.
Perform other duties as required by HR Manager.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Chinese.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, PPh 21 Calculation, BPJS System.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
