Due to expansion into South East Asia, it is inviting suitable talented local Sales Leaders in the respective Asean countries to support their Singapore Regional Office.
 
 
POSITION  : Sales Director, FSI
COVERAGE : Indonesia
REPORTS TO : Regional MD
 
 
Job Purpose:-

The Sales Director is used to thinking big and with good experience is selling cloud solutions in Anti-Fraud, Decision making score cards and big data analytics. You’re not just a Sales Leader, you lead the charge and coordinate the efforts of multiple disciplines within the company to find success in large and complex organizations.  You know who the C-level decision-makers are and you are comfortable seeking them out and developing relationships with them. 
This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:
 
Goal is to achieve and exceed your annual sales target
Define overall sales and Go-to-market strategy in the country, penetrate new accounts, grow business pipeline and increase market share as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity and hard work
Ability to identify customer’s pain points, articulate value propositions through consultative approach and help existing customers to achieve business goals and increase company’s wallet share accordingly
 Manage all sales stages along the sales cycle to arrive at a successful closure and deliver sales commitment and able to address any customer’s feedback and ensure overall customer experience and satisfaction
Fulfil due diligence to provide regular update to management as well as in the CRM system and collaborate closely with various functional departments on account specific initiative, marketing event and demand generation program etc.
Ability to present and speak on behalf of Client at industry events where necessary
Make compelling presentations to C’ level executives and Senior audiences, leveraging Regional Pre-sales resources to provide important business and technical expertise
Develop repeatable business development (prospecting) tactics in existing and greenfield accounts within your assigned territory, ensuring a robust pipeline
Follow up diligently on prospects list by leveraging on your network of contacts.
 

Job Requirement
 
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum  8-10 years of strong sales leadership experience in direct client engagement
Dynamic, independent and is a deal maker with track record in achieving sales quota in your sales career.
Strong experience and knowledge of Micro-finance and Financial industry is necessary
Good Knowledge and experience is selling Cloud solution sales in Anti-Fraud, Credit Scoring and Decision areas is desirable
Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in your local country
Customer-focused and team-oriented individual with a desire to achieve success through cross-functional collaboration
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
Fast-learner and able to bridge solution knowledge gap quickly
Fluency in English is highly desirable and knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
