Modern Channel Key Account Specialist
Stanley Black & Decker – Jakarta

Develop and grow new sales pipeline and business opportunities
Formulating and implementing effective sales development strategies
Building strong customer relationships with all assigned accounts
Work with marketing to meet marketing requirements for the industrial/traditional channels

Target new customers to expand and grow the business for various product levels
Propose monthly promotion / Year Plan to potential buyers
Analyze sales report and provide solutions to problems
Schematic & product assortment knowledge
Monitor sales daily / weekly with sales commitments (Achieve sales target)
Forecast / Monitor stock for each account / each store / each promotion area (Update stock and send to each account every Monday)
Follow up all issues that are related to accounts such as invoices problem, credit term payment, evidences for all rebates or marketing fees that already deduct by system
Coordinate with service department for repaired products
Work with the marketing team to fulfill customer’s marketing requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of experience specializing in Sales and Channel management for industrial product lines
Results driven, mature, independent and posses self-initiative
Good Selling, negotiation and communication skills
Strong writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft office skills
