Client Success Analyst

LogiNext is seeking a sharp, personable, highly organized Client Success Analyst to support our key client operations. This is an opportunity to work with a stellar company which is backed by Alibaba Group and currently expanding its business in Indonesian market aggressively. This person will be acting as an ambassador of the company and must exemplify LogiNext’s culture. The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, sometimes chaotic, and hence, you must be able to multi-task to deal smoothly with competing and conflicting levels of priority. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for first-hand start-up experience from an all-round perspective. This role will require intense hard work, which can help company organize its internal processes starting from on boarding process of clients as also assisting in initial process of the setup with delivery boys and drivers at the client’s locations. Please note that the client location can either be an internal area or a remote area close to Jakarta.
Manage the pre and post sales support to the end user.
Work onsite or on the client location to manage the process of on boarding new clients and support existing clients.
Track, investigate and resolve problems or operational changes.
Understand client’s issues in using the software and train their drivers and delivery boys to use the software.
Understand LogiNext software in a detailed way in translate the same in local language.
Manage efficiency. Plan, track, manage order, and setup equipment’s for clients.
Initiate up-selling and cross-selling talks.
Be a process master. Constantly innovate and iterate to ensure maximum productivity in our processes.
Be the voice and face of LogiNext. Manage in-person communications between LogiNext and its client community.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
3+ years of experience in handling on-ground operations, managing delivery boys, using operations and ERP software, cloud-based software and mobile applications. Start-up experience is a plus.
Experience with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Superior written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
Willingness to put in extra time and efforts on daily basis and stamina to be on the toes day and night with dedication.
Willingness to firefight and put processes to reduce the need of firefighting.
Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks.
Willingness to take up any task as a learning opportunity from the founders and from the team.
Extroverts with strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners.
Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by doing
Fluency in both English and Bahasa is very important
