Penetrate and increase market share by proactively developing sales strategies. Focus on boarding new businesses from both existing and new accounts as well as developing existing businesses in Indonesia.
Plan, design, coordinate and execute marketing campaign to drive sales and increase brand awareness in Indonesia in collaboration with in-house Public Relation and Branding team
Generate sales from existing and new clients
Grow existing businesses from existing clienteles
Collaborate with and groom new sales partners/team
Participate in product demo and managing client queries as well as expectations
At least five years of sales/marketing experience
Significant knowledge in Risk, Compliance and Regulation (AML, CTF, PEP, Client On-Boarding, KYC, CDD, EDD and others) and its workflow
Strong presentation skills (verbal and written)
Strong ability to organize and execute a sales plan
Experience in selling to upper level management (such as C-level executives), particularly in financial institutions/corporations
Strong ability in discussing and understanding client needs, mapping clients’ requirements to our proposition, providing solutions as well as preparing proposals and presentation
Skilled in MS Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Productive and resourceful individual with a “can-do” attitude
Fluency in English and Indonesian language
