JOB DESCRIPTION
• Reports to Director
• Maintains and strengthen existing HR framework, programs, and activities
• Develops Training Need Analysis (TNA), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and employee productivity method and approach
• Plans and oversees human resource and general affair activities
• Manages recruitment, training, performance management, and general affair functions
• Supports management by providing human resources advices for decision making processes
• Develops and implement Company Policy in accordance to labor laws and regulations
• Develops an effective and efficient general affair process
• Acts as a bridge between the management and the company’s employees
• Complies with government requirements, anticipating legislation, and advising management on needed actions

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Maximum 45 years old
• A Management/Psychology/Legal Bachelor from reputable university with a min GPA 3 00
• Has experience in the same field at least 10 years and experience in the same position is preferable
• Strong experience in manufacturing industries will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of integrated HR framework and general affair
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive and strong in leadership
• Has strong written and verbal communication skill
• Has good communication skill, both verbal and non verbal
• Has good analytical and critical thinking
• Problem solving oriented
• Able to work effectively and meet established goals and objectives
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Based location in Solo
