Good news! We are scouting for one to be started immediately at the end of April. The HR Officer would likely doing some of the tasks as:

1. HR administrative things (absenteism, compensation benefit, KPI, appraisal, letter of employment, etc)

2. HR recruitment (post job ads, interview, assessment, user understanding, employment, etc)

3. HR general (operational ad-hoc tasks, office stuff, pantry supplies, invoice, petty cash, etc)

4. HR personal assistance (as the media to bridge between the headquarter & support office)

Hence, the individual that might be suitable for the position is someone who:

1. Having at least 1 year of working at the related field or at least having an exposure of the subject matter

2. Having a language skill especially English (advanced or native proficiency)

3. Having a pleasant personality (a people-person, bubbly, love team-work)4. Having a visionary mindset (taking initiative, open for criticism, learning geek)

5. Having a sense of leadership (being assertive, dependable)
