Key Responsibilities:
Receiving all incoming phone calls for the department, answering basic questions regarding the business in a polite and professional telephone manner

Understanding auction logistics and able to fulfill the relevant administrative work

Creating consignment contracts and liaising with vendors in a timely manner

Assisting the specialist in research and write-up for the auction lots

Handling all pre-auction and post-auction logistics including local delivery and import/export shipment

Keeping record of inventory and update inventory movement

Cataloguing inventory and preparing condition reports for the inventory

Organising photo shoot for the auction lots; compiling and editing the images

Uploading auction lot informations to the website

Planning, organizing, presenting preview and auction

Maintaining productive relationships with auction suppliers

Min. 1-2 years of experience in sales administration job

Diploma or graduate in any Business or administration related courses

Bilingual in both English & either Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with associates and clients

PC Literate: MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop

Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills

Resourceful and able to work independently

Highly motivated and able to undertake pressure

Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines

Knowledge on inventory control is an advantage

Solid negotiation skills

Experience in the auction house or gallery is advantageous
