Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve overall sales and brand targets within their area of coverage by maintaining our current account through regular visits and develop new outlets both on and off premise
Implement and execute our marketing programs in their area of responsibility.
Suggest and conceptualize brand promotions and sales initiatives
Ensure that merchandising of on premises outlets are within standard
Training and orientation of key accounts personnel and promotion girl
Maintain the inventory of Merchandising materials
Provide competitive and market information to management
Do special projects that may be assigned from time to time
University degree with broad knowledge of sales.
Understanding on alcohol business in general
Posses a high level of intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The skill to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to manage, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels of management
Must be innovative, good communication, presentation and analytical skills
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Willing to travel and work extended hours.
