Job Descriptions Scheme negotiation. Dealer financing. Arranging local MOU (memorandum of understanding) between Tata dealers and local leasing bank branches. Establish contacts and understanding with existing leasing company representatives.
Ensure the current leasing offer from the leasing company is available at all sales outlets. Identify gaps in the centrally approved offer and the actual offer available at all sales outlets. Evaluate the current leasing offer from the competitive point of view, in various sales locations and plot the gaps. Develop local variations in the leasing packages depending on market conditions to promote sales.
Identify the key parameters that govern the customer satisfaction in relation to Retail finance such as approval time, DP, interest rates etc. Install a metrics system to appraise the current services from the leasing companies, and influence improvement of the service levels. Develop a MIS system to report to the management on a monthly basis the performance of the leasing companies and their packages. Requirements In-depth knowledge and experience in Indonesian automotive industry.
Excellent communicator, both spoken and written. Organized and methodical. Good presentation skills. Able to manage different projects at some time.
Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.
