Trade Activation Manager
PT Bentoel Prima – Jakarta
You will be responsible to developing and implementing the National Trade Activation Program, in alignment to the brand programs, to ensure the effective and efficient fulfilment of the brand, consumer segment and channel targets.
As a Trade Activation Manager, you will liaise with Brand Team in developing Brand Communication in Trade channel, Trade Activation and coverage plan in order to maximize the market share and volume. Besides that, you have to liaise with Field team to ensure the execution are in place, analyze and evaluate the activation results, take corrective actions to achieve the program objectives where necessary.
University degree in marketing or business administration with minor in statistics
Minimum of 2 years experiences with roles as follow:
Trade channel management role in the FMCG industry
Excellent Communication and engagement skills
Proven ability to think strategically, commercially and to deliver results in a competitive business environment
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa
Strong understanding and experience in the Indonesian Cigarette Market
Strong capacity and capability in implementing Brand / Trade Activation
Ability in linking insight from internal and external sources to business/commercial opportunities in Indonesia cigarette Market
