Digital Account Executive

Support the Digital/ Client Services team in the day to day running of each digital account and take responsibility for ensuring all necessary administrative procedures are adhered to.
Carrying out day-to-day management of digital projects such as website updates, social media campaigns and creative work such as emails and banners, as instructed by Account Managers or Senior Account Managers. is involves working with designers, developers and copywriters.
Delivering day-to-day social media support in terms of posting and managing posts, creating reports and sharing with clients.
Researching for proposals, new pitch work or new projects to gather competitive benchmarking, analysis of current digital performance and ensure they are technically feasible.
Generating campaign ideas and attending/ coordinating brainstorms.
Writing creative and development briefs.
Writing estimates and proposals as well as looking after project budgets.
Creating, completing and sharing job numbers across projects where required.
Keeping job finance system up to date at all times to ensure that finance processes are followed, for example regarding purchase orders, quotes, invoices etc.
Keeping work in progress and job tracking systems updated to support flow of work through the agency.
Liaising with external suppliers in order to obtain costs and timings to support client campaigns.
Providing support to anyone within the Digital team, as and when required.
Acting in the best interests of Intermarketing Agency at all times.
Bachelor from a relevant degree, e.g. Marketing, New Media, Digital.
Interest in marketing & digital in particular.
Able to develop PowerPoint presentations
Time management and organisation
Ability to present facts, opinions and ideas clearly
Flexible and adaptable
Good working knowledge and interest in digital and social media.
Experience in using blog platforms, social media platforms, analytics packages and/or email platforms
