You are Customer Services Representative with a few years experience and burning ambition to change the way Indonesian manage their money; you know that everybody deserves access to unbiased and actionable financial advice, you understand that the future of banking is digital and mobile.
Handling customer queries through phone and email
Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
To study the request/ feedback to analyze the trend of error for any opportunity to improve processes.
Build relationships and cross sell featured products
Problem solve and provide information about our products and services
Able to work under minimal supervision.
Prior experience in a Customer Service role is an added advantage
Outstanding phone manner
Eye for details
Passion for Service
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience working with banking products is an advantage
Able to multi task and act promptly
Able to work independently and come up with quick solutions
