CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in administering the prime contract and different supplier contracts.
Draft contractual letters for engineering, procurement and construction works.
Preparing and issuing Request for Proposals, Construction Tender Packages.
Review contracts to identify risks and ensure conformity to company policy.
Liaise with legal, tax and accounting personnel to ensure process, policy and contractual requirements are met prior to submission to management for approval.
Change Management, Claim Management, Risk Management and Financial Management activities. Draft project correspondence, change order request management and claims management and ensure that all communication, reply and request to suppliers are timely issued.
Requirements:

University degree, diploma in business or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of significant experience in contract administration
Extensive knowledge of Contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law in Indonesia
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working effectively with engineers and understand their technical plans and specifications.
Experience in project management, sourcing and establishing relationships for procurement purposes is preferred.
