Roles and Responsibility
Closely work with Brand Manager in activation strategy building by providing valuable inputs in competition, best practices in other industries and market trends
Lead activation program developments and working closely with all stakeholders in line with brand strategies in timely and effective manner
Managing agencies by providing briefings, productive discussion and building professional relationship to achieve high quality activation programs
Conduct program evaluation by giving qualitative and quantitative feedbacks to identify what we should continue and improve in the future.
Requirements
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Min. 5 years experience in FMCG, specifically in tobacco brand and marketing activation
Excellent knowledge in brand building and activation program development
Have the understanding of basic principles of trade, product and marketing and experience in data mining and analysis
Fluent in English and Bahasa
Willing to build long-term career at tobacco company
Positive attitude, open mindset and highly committed person
Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment and cross-functionally with all levels of staff, both internally and externally.
