WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a fast-growing and entrepreneurial company, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with passion for brand management, social communications, content creation and new product marketing.
RESPONSIBLITIES & OBJECTIVES
Overall responsibility for brand marketing strategies to optimize the business.
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
Customize global content and brand assets for domestic market and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Lead the CRM and digital strategy for the brand.
Work with Sales team to manage trade promotions, activations and events to drive sell out and productivity and offer consumers unique brand experiences.
Plan/ implement launch campaigns and measure results.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how the marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine internal processes to convert customers.
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business / PR major.
At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with experience in E-commerce and/ or PR.
Strong effective communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently.
Familiar with rapid growing social media environment
Knowledge of Google analytics will be a plus.
Native speaker with excellent command of written and spoken English.
