You will be responsible for developing CS program -planning, organizing, managing and monitoring all store customer service program implementation to ensure the program & standard applied in store operation to gain customer satisfaction.
• Male, max 30 years old, min Diploma Degree from reputable university
• Min 3 years experience in related field.
• Having the experience to create and manage customer service program
• Have a good skill to handle training for customer service
• Good communication and coordination skill and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
