Due to our continued focus on delivering best in class system and service solutions to our clients, we are seeking a Key Account Manager for our Public business segment to join our Indonesia organization, based in Jakarta. Our Indonesia organization is a market leader in the APAC region, and your challenge is to continue to build on our growth through the building and fostering of relationships with named accounts in the Public segment to maximize sales and profitability.
Develops and maintains excellent relationships with key personnel at named accounts within the Public segment
Maximizes sales opportunities by increasing Philips Lightings’ share of accounts’ purchases
Delivers on the Annual Operational Plan Sales targets
Creates action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales process
Drives for the highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach
Participates in customer and/or industry events as needed
Embraces the culture of the organization and places the interest of the company above one’s own interest respecting General Business Principles
We are looking for
To be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking sales professionals who are able to demonstrate the following:
5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry
5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to accounts
Ability to influence in a fast paced, matrix reporting, multi-cultural environment
