Job Purpose:
Responsible in performing client centric services in term of operation. To receive inquiries from customer in term of operation process.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to customer inquiries by incoming call in accordance to the job location determined within the unit of work.
To provide correct information in adhere to company policy and complete relevant information as needed to the customers.
To provide proper escalation to the unit team in term whenever needed.
To provide daily activities reports
Working in a team work attitudes
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor degree in any field, prefer from Marketing/Communication background
Talent with experience in client centric job as customer service, call center in relevant industry.
Talent with systematic thinking and have a strong understanding toward procedures and policy at the same time capable to convey correct information in proper ways
Talent with good communication skills and sense of persuasive traits
Computer literate in specific excel and Microsoft applications
